Kings of Leon (KOL) have announced the release date for their upcoming 5th studio album, Come Around Sundown. It is schedule to hit stores in North America on October 19, 2010. Fans in the UK can enjoy the new sounds on October 18th.
The boys of KOL have made it no secret. The new album will sound DIFFERENT, so fans, you have been warned! It has been described as “yet another bold & expansive statement.” I’m not really sure what that means, but if it sounds nothing like the repetitiveness of Sex on Fire, Use Somebody and Notion, I might be interested. Kings of Leon is offering fans the chance to win 10 lawn tickets to a live performance of your choice! All you have to do is visit their official Facebook page and navigate to the sweepstakes tab.
Keep in mind, that you must have a Facebook account to enter. For each city, one winner will be crowned King of the Lawn! The sweepstakes is open to US and Canadian residents, age 18 years of age or older and runs from April 5, 2010 until April 30, 2010 at 11:59pm.
